Privacy Policy
This policy explains how REGIS Analytics Hub accesses, uses, stores and protects information when authorized users connect analytics and advertising services.
Last updated: October 5, 2026
1. Scope and operator
REGIS Analytics Hub is an analytics workspace operated by REGIS Team. This Privacy Policy applies to information processed through the REGIS Analytics Hub application at analytics.registeam.net and to data received from services connected by authorized workspace users.
2. Information we access and process
Depending on the integrations an authorized user connects, REGIS may process the following categories of information:
- basic Google account identity information made available through OAuth, such as account identifier, email address and profile information;
- Google Analytics 4 account/property information and aggregated reporting metrics;
- Google Search Console site information and search performance data;
- Google Ads accessible-account information and advertising reporting data;
- analytics and advertising reporting data from other services that a workspace administrator connects;
- technical information required to operate the workspace, including project configuration, synchronization status and essential authentication/session information.
REGIS does not request Google Gmail content, Google Drive file content or Google Contacts data as part of its Google integration.
3. Google OAuth permissions and purpose
REGIS requests Google OAuth permissions only to provide the analytics functionality described on our public application page. The current Google integration uses basic OpenID profile permissions together with read access for Google Analytics and Search Console and the Google Ads API permission required to retrieve accessible accounts and reporting data.
Although the Google Ads OAuth permission supports broader Google Ads API functionality, REGIS uses that integration to read account/reporting information for analytics. The application does not use it to create, modify or delete Google Ads campaigns.
4. How we use information
We use connected-service data to:
- discover resources the authorized user can access;
- synchronize analytics and advertising metrics into the REGIS reporting database;
- build dashboards, comparisons, exports and reports requested by authorized workspace users;
- maintain historical reporting data and refresh recent data where external platforms can update conversions or attribution after the original event date;
- diagnose synchronization failures, maintain data quality and secure the service.
We do not sell Google user data or use Google user data for advertising to the connected user.
5. Storage and security
REGIS stores synchronized reporting data and integration configuration in its application database. OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored in encrypted form. The production service is delivered over HTTPS and access to the private workspace is restricted by authentication.
No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we use technical and organizational controls designed to protect the information processed by the service.
6. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell connected Google user data. Information may be processed by infrastructure and service providers only as necessary to operate REGIS Analytics Hub, or disclosed where required by law, to protect the service and its users, or at the direction of the authorized customer/workspace user.
7. Retention, disconnection and deletion
We retain connected account configuration and synchronized reporting data for as long as needed to provide the workspace and maintain the associated analytics project, unless a shorter period is required by law or requested by an authorized customer.
An authorized workspace administrator can remove a connected account after its active project resources are disabled. Removing the connection removes the stored connection credentials and its associated resources from REGIS. Users may also revoke REGIS access from their Google Account permissions. For a request to delete data associated with a workspace or connection, contact us using the address below.
8. Google API Services User Data Policy
REGIS Analytics Hub's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the service, integrations or legal requirements change. The current version and its update date will remain publicly available at this URL.
10. Contact
