These Terms govern access to and use of REGIS Analytics Hub by authorized users and customers of REGIS Team.
Last updated: October 5, 2026
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using REGIS Analytics Hub, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for that organization in connection with the service and the data sources you connect.
2. The service
REGIS Analytics Hub is a private analytics and reporting workspace. It can connect to supported analytics, advertising and SEO services, synchronize reporting data, store normalized historical data and generate dashboards, comparisons, exports and reports for authorized users.
The available integrations and report features may change as external providers change their APIs or as REGIS updates the service.
3. Accounts and access
The private REGIS workspace is available only to authorized users. You are responsible for keeping access credentials secure and for activity performed through your authorized access. You must not attempt to bypass authentication, access data you are not authorized to use, or interfere with the operation or security of the service.
4. Connected services and authorization
When you connect Google or another external service, you authorize REGIS to access the resources and data permitted by the scopes and permissions shown by that provider. You must have the right to connect those accounts and to process the associated reporting data.
Google and other third-party platforms remain governed by their own terms, policies, availability and API limitations. REGIS is not responsible for changes, outages, suspensions or data revisions made by an external provider.
5. Permitted use
You may use REGIS Analytics Hub for legitimate analytics, reporting and related business purposes. You may not use the service unlawfully, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, abuse provider APIs, or use data obtained through the service in a way that violates applicable law or the terms of a connected provider.
6. Data and privacy
Our handling of personal information and connected-service data is described in the REGIS Analytics Hub Privacy Policy. By using the service, you acknowledge that connected reporting data may be synchronized and stored to provide historical analytics and reporting functionality.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available and accurate, but REGIS Analytics Hub is provided subject to maintenance, infrastructure availability and third-party API availability. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, provider compatibility or product development.
8. No guarantee of reporting outcomes
Analytics data may differ between REGIS and an external platform because of attribution models, reporting delays, time zones, currency settings, provider revisions or API limitations. Reports are provided as analytical information and do not constitute financial, legal or other professional advice.
9. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated where necessary to protect the service, respond to unlawful or unauthorized use, comply with legal obligations, or when the applicable customer relationship ends. Connected accounts may be disconnected by authorized workspace administrators.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the service or applicable requirements change. The current version and update date will be published at this URL. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
